One of the worst airline experiences I have ever had.
I booked my family trip with Jazeera Airways, only for my London Luton to Kuwait flight to be cancelled due to "operational reasons." I also had a separate Jazeera Airways flight from Kuwait to Madinah. Both flights were with the same airline, but they had to be booked separately because Jazeera Airways does not offer multi-city bookings. The cancellation of the first flight made it impossible for me to board the second flight. Despite this, Jazeera Airways has refused to provide a fair solution. They insist they will only refund the cancelled flight and have refused to refund the second Jazeera Airways booking, even though it became unusable solely because of their own cancellation. I spent £50 on an international phone call to Kuwait trying to get help, but instead of finding a practical solution, I received scripted responses and was repeatedly told that their policy allows them to do nothing more. I have also lost money on non-refundable travel expenses because of this situation. What disappointed me most was not just the cancellation—it was the complete lack of customer care afterwards. There was no genuine effort to minimise the disruption or take responsibility for the consequences of cancelling their own flight. As a customer, I felt ignored and left to deal with the financial losses on my own. Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before booking with Jazeera Airways. If something goes wrong, don't expect the level of support or flexibility that many passengers would reasonably hope for. This experience has completely destroyed my confidence in the airline, and I will not be travelling with them again.
