Dog beds are outrageously expensive. Sizing is not accurate (mine was 3 inches smaller than indicated). Returns are a hassle - no instant RMA issued - you need to wait for someone to approve the return. No return shipping label provided. And you have to pay for the return yourself. When a dog bed costs four times as much as from a regular pet store, they should be able to afford shipping for returns.

When we got our dog we ordered her beds from here about 6 years ago. I loved locally made products. I just ordered two beds and had to return one. They don't respond to support emails, have no phone number to call anyone, it takes 4+ weeks to get your order and you're paying to ship back and forth. There is plenty of competition now and they need to get things in order.
