avoid this company, items take several months to arrive and customer support is useless, Oh and you also have to pay an extra custom charge to get your parcel if you live outside the us, Jawlinme has the same products but its cutomer support is waayyyyy better

I’ve ordered my package over a week ago, # 178775, and I still haven’t gotten a confirmation email. When I emailed the company’s website, I got a generic response for a prospective customer. First off, I’m you’ve already taken my money so I’m not a prospective customer, I am a customer. Secondly, no where on your website did it say anything about orders being delay. Please advise immediately.

Don't waste your money. Ordered it months ago. Never arrived. Hopeless. Wish I had read all the reviews on here first as it seems many people have this same issue and lost their money, or were sent the wrong thing, or like me, it just never arrived.

Order took forever to arrive. No updates from the company whatsoever. I received it yesterday, but not what I ordered. Instead of the women's starter kit, with a storage case, two Jawzrsize and a lanyard. I received two separate jawzrsize, no storage case and no lanyard. No explanation, no receipt, no anything.
