Boooo sad product

Took forever to get my package, then it was the wrong thing. Then it took 3 or 4 emails to get them to address the problem. Then it took forever to get the replacement order and even that was not in a package like the one I ordered.

After receiving the product I sent an emai with a concern and to this day still havent heard a word from theml

Item never arrived had to request money back!

I have tinnitus -in part due to mild TMJ. Your product acerbated the problem. The price was high and I didn’t need so many products. The quality of your product was good.

I didn’t feel comfortable using it. It had no real grip for my teeth, and felt slippery after using for a period of time. Facial exercises work just as well. If I could get my money back, I’d appreciate it...

I’m still waiting to receive it. When can I expect the device to arrive?

A month after ordering no sign of the product. Customer service is useless and unhelpful.
