It causes a headache

Its a scam, product never arrived. Informed them 3 times it hadn't come. Still hasn't arrived

Ordered months ago, I understand things are delayed with COVID 19 but I have received other products. Sent two emails asking for some assistance as tracking says the product is stuck in Chicago, and has been for two months. They refuse to reply.

I'd give it zero stars, but that wasn't an option. 200 reps a day for a few months and not one bit of difference. Complete scam.
