Didn’t get what was advertised no box no string or not the right color

I ordered the master pack over a month ago. After 2 weeks with no tracking info I emailed their customer services multiple times with no response. Finally, I received the package (with the wrong items) the day I demanded a refund. On that same day I finally received a response from customer services with a tracking info that said it was delivered. The same tracking info I had been requesting for weeks. Now, I have been involved in a revolving door of responses from their customer service reps trying to return the product for a refund. They refuse to tell me how to return the product to get my refund. They keep apologizing and asking me one question at a time: "Was the package open?" NO, how do i return the items? "Please send me a photo to prove the package was not open" Sent photos. No response. This is a scam. Reply: ORDER #179645 Reply2: Why did you change your initial response? Why are you responding with in hours to this review, but my emails go unanswered? WHY do I now all of a sudden have to cut these things in half? This is beyond ridiculous at this point. I want my money back! Reply3: Once again, you’ve not responded to my emails to your support@jawzercise. And, the replies I did get never mentioned cutting anything in half. How do you even suggest I do that?

I tried to contact the company several times right after I placed my order. My doctor told me I can’t use it now because of my upcoming dental sugeries and implants. It had not shipped yet. I called, texted and emailed your company and no one responded. It is sitting in the package it came in and I cannot use it.

Since early April in 2020, I have written countless letters to track and confirm the status of orders as the handling took ages and Jawzrsize parcel seemed always miss somehow with unknown reasons. After my initial order in April, I did not receive the package according to the website information after waiting for more than 20 days. With the mail inquiries, the customer service only informed me that package was unfortunately missing and no one knew the reason. I chose to get a re-send, and another disaster came. The re-shipping shall be clarified on May 12, when I received a Route ID as the tracking number on the same date. However, 14 days passed, Route App is still unable to provide me the helpful information than "Awaiting Shipping Info". I really doubt whether there is a real product or is it a fraud? This shopping experience is really frustrating and unsatisfactory. It is hoped that potential consumers in the future will carefully read all the consumer reviews before placing an order, and deeply consider whether to take risks or not.

Did not get the product

Product was way to big and It offered me no option to change the size. I assumed that there was only - one size fits all

Sent me the wrong one because they were out of the one I bought and I told them I still wanted the one I bought plus it was more expensive than the one sent to me. They said they would send me it when available and that has been months now and still haven’t heard anything. And never got a return of money for the difference in the price.

These hurt my teeth and jaw badly. I had purchased an entire collection and only used one. Nobody ever got back to me when I asked to return the remaining that were never touched.
