This product is great. I was a bit confused regarding the Pop and Go style when I watched the video and saw the bite strips. Including printed instructions for each model might be an idea. Cheers.

I've enjoyed the jawzrsize until it broke on me and now I have to chew it awkwardly and I just don't know if I would buy it again because of that. If Jawzrsize has a tougher product, then I will consider making another purchase.

I find it difficult to bear down on the white plastic devices. It's slippery and I drool more with the intermediate than the beginners. Why the devices when without it I can gras it in an easier fashion???

Aloha Maxine! It sounds like you've used two different models of our Jawzrsize workout devices. No worries, we can help you have a better Jawzrsize experience, no worries! Although your Pop N Go was all ready to use, no boiling needed, your Custom Fit device is different. In order to use your Custom Fit Jawsrsize (the one with the clear/white bite strips) you MUST custom fit them first. If you use the Custom Fit device without first boiling the strips and fitting them to your unique bite, you will not be able to workout comfortably or effectively with your Jawzrsize. That is most likely the issue you're having. Don't worry, fitting your Jawzrsize bite strips is fast and easy! Please visit us at Jawzrsize.com and click the "How It Works" link at the top of the page. There, you'll find lots of helpful information, including a short instructional video that walks you through the process of custom fitting your Jawzrsize in under 2 minutes!
