Just wanted to give you a few tips you should know before using Jwzrsize! So firstly, be sure to use the Jawzrsize at least 15 minutes a day, snap a pic on Day 30, and usually after about 30 days or so is when our customers prefer to move it up a level to the next color. We recommend to start with the blue level-1. Best range of motion and let your muscles get used to the workout. Blue level-1 20lbs. Pink level-2 30lbs. Purple level-3 40lbs. Green level-4 50lbs of resistance. The heavier resistance will build more. While the lower levels will help tone more. The green level is the strongest one we have for now. Level 4 green is only recommended for once or twice a week after other levels We also have the new 1.5 design. Which is great for anyone and everyone.
