Worst ever. Haven’t received the product yet, been two months. Gonna file a lawsuit

I've been trying to get this corrected for months and i'm extremely disappointed with this organization and the owner. I've placed 2 orders and each time the orders were wrong: missing cases, missing lanyards, etc... Each time they fix it, it was still wrong. Wrong size lanyard which barely fit around the neck let alone trying to use it with the product. Simple quality control would have told you that it was the wrong size. In this last order I've ordered (4) 2-pack starter kits which means I'm supposed to receive 8 cases 8 lanyards 8 sets of bite strips I sent numerous emails and was promised that it was corrected and will be shipped out. Over a month later and numerous delays I received a package today and all it contained was 4 cases and 4 lanyards. A LOT IS MISSING!! It's unfortunate because it was supposed to be gifts...Pretty sad when you have to keep friends and family that the company keeps delaying shipment or when they try to fix the issue the company is consistently get the corrections wrong or incomplete. I understand the delays due to the situations surround suppliers and manufacturing but it's inexcusable when you lack any form of quality control. There's not a large product line and in my mind it's just the simple step of check the order and pulling the correct items and quantities. The practice you have in place and stand by leads to fraudulent activities and essentially criminal activity. Their customer service email response is generally quick but essentially ineffective if they continuously get it wrong. I can only hypothesize that all they want to do is get their product out whether or not it's a complete order and HOPE to fix it later. I don't know if they understand by doing this they are losing a lot of potential repeat customers. It's like someone buying a grill but not including the burners or top grill or lid because they are on back order and thinking that they will ship them when it comes in. It DOESN"T work in the long run. The company is better off letting folks know it's delayed and when you fulfill the order make sure it's complete. Or if you break up the order, make sure the different line items in that order is complete. Don't send a kit with missing pieces in the kit (case, lanyard, bite kit, etc...) it should be a complete kit. It's easy to blame the fulfillment center but you contracted with them. Product is ok but I would recommend you placing an order only if you're ok with incompetence and poor fulfillment activities.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a Total Scam. Order from one of the other companies selling very similar products, you will get it much faster & Spend less money. They will take your Money and NEVER Send you the Products or Refund you. I Never Received my Order, it's been over 31 days. Initially they said 5-8 days for it to be shipped out & me receiving it. Customer Service is almost not existent. You can't get a real answer from them. All they send out is a Computer Generated Form Letters. ( check the answers in the reviews, over and over it's the same exact response ) They sent me a UPS Tracking number, but when I check with UPS they said the company has not released the package for over 7-9 days. They very rarely answer their phone. TheIr Voicemail is always full & you can NOT leave a message. If you do get through & someone answers the phone they disconnect you. The one time I did get through to customer service, a girl said the Package was Actually Shipped out, but it wasn't. ( so that was another Lie the company told me ) And that was before I Received a Email with a UPS tracking number. I have asked for a Full Complete Refund many times, I have Not Received it. Do NOT use PayPal Credit to buy anything, they do not back you up. If I had used my credit card, my Credit Union would have Credited my account already. Total SCAM. The Owner doesn't have the Balls & Guts to answer his emails and send you the products

Too big. Makes me choke when I use it. Likely good product for some.

just lose weight. fuccin waste of money for a piece of rubber i can chew on by taking apart my fleshlight and chew on that instead. I hope other people will realise this too before purchasing it.

Expensive ($67 for a piece of blue silicon). I didn't see any results. Disappointed.
