This item works and the results are immediate. I do use it sparingly as I’m afraid of throwing my jaw out of balance.

Hey folks. Who knew there was something designed to actually exercise your jaw and neck. I had suffered from TMJ when I was younger and would at times get migraines. I also would get headaches most every day. I wish this were around back then. I feel the difference and it’s a “thoughtless” exercise. Pop it in your mouth and do the reps while watching tv..... or while writing a review. Really great product! Thanks!

Bought Jawzsize per my wife's suggestion. Been using for over 6 weeks. I have noticed a difference in my jaw and neck. The main thing is my wife is impressed.

I find this product great... an excellent idea. I'm using as I write this review. Just started using it on a daily basis so I can't comment on any results yet.. But it certainly provides a great workout for your jaw muscles. The only thing I could comment on is the website where I could not easily find information on a recommended training routine. Apart from that its great!
