After a few days, made my jaw joint so sore, I felt constant pain in my ear and could hardly chew. Too bad, sounded great! Update: Although this product did not work for me, I received a prompt reply and full refund. This is a good product and a good company.

MY INITIAL REVIEW: 2 Stars The product works ok but feels weird and smells like any China made plastic/rubber product. Their sales process is a rip off, trying to sell you the product twice making you think you upgrade to a different page but instead they sell you the same thing twice. When you ask immediately to cancel, they say it's already shipped and you can just not accept it as a return. But since shipping takes over 2 weeks that would mean it's barely back after 30 days. They are not helpful in their support. They just take the money and run. Also the product lacks explanation and instructions. They don't even properly explain which product has more LB resistance than another. I was seldomly so disappointed by a company's lack of empathy, customer service no F*cks given, and greedy upsell manipulations that make no sense for the customer! UPDATE: 4 Stars As stated in the reply by the company, they did honor the 60 day money back and refunded the entire amount. I would have been happy to just refund me the one unnecessary item I bought due to the misleading upsell. Nevertheless, I stand by that their upsell to buy a whole package in addition to a single unit (that is included in the package) makes no sense and causes frustration. An upgrade would make sense. Selling the entire package on top and charging for both makes no sense as you end up buying the item twice. Also the reply below makes me feel, they haven't fully understood my concern and frustration.

New device works ok. It was somewhat tricky to mold, inserts wouldn’t stay in very easily, but it does work. Would buy again because of the fact that it works.

Good product in general. Even when I recently bought it, I feel a difference. My suggestions for future consideration are: 1) The "case" should have little holes for ventilation. 2) Include a tool/cleaner for cleaning purposes and maintenance.

the jawzrsize works i can feel how the blood going to my musels in my jaw and after exersizing it feels like my hwole jaw gets stiff since my jawmucels are full of blood

Ultimately an ok deal. Had issues with overcharging that were not resolved initially. Only after providing a bad review did they contact me and refund the unwanted item. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I'm changing my review to 4 stars for finally delivering good customer service and making it right. Like the product though.

Expensive for what it is. Need a new one soon but not sure if I will purchase. I love the product though!

Well lets hope that my face will recondition itself while I still work out with the Jawzrsize. I will let you know how it works. Thank you RA
