£24.00 surcharge from royal mail
After waiting 2 and a half months, a parcel arrived of 4 separate exercisers (Jawz) and not the package that was pictured and described. Royal Mail charged me £24 for lack of postage and customs duties not paid. Just a bad experience on the administration and the delivery.
