No thanks, no need to send any further products, not interested any longer. Sadly, I can't use the level 2 product you originally sent because your customer service team asked me to cut it in half and take a photo of it and send it to them before they would attempt to send out a new product. Horrible experience all the way around. The wrong item was sent originally. Just getting the same customer service agent was impossible. It took a lot of back and forth and took ages for someone to say that they'll send the correct item, but I still haven't received what I ordered over a month later. Don't waste your time.

I ordered a Jawzrsize on June 24’2020 & it is now July 15’2020 & I still have not received it. I have complained multiple times & asked for a refund but keep getting the run around on the delivery date when it was supposed to be here July 9’2020 according to the UPS tracking. I will not order from this company anymore.

I haven’t received my items and I order almost a month ago. At this point I am about to request a return. I could’ve used that money for something else.

Non delivery of product to UK after ordering on 20th April 2020. Customer support suggested I file a claim with the route insurance or they offered to re-ship again! (This would have been the second attempt after the claimed to have re-sent the order on June 9th 2020) I am contacting Paypal to retrieve the $60.43 this business owes me as I have run out of patience. I'll leave you to make your own judgement!
