You don’t realize that you don’t work you face muscles till you do jawzrsize, I felt a difference on my face after the 3rd week, even tho I have a beard I can feel the muscle under it. My girlfriend at first thought it was a gimmick and now she is doing it too. Worked for me.

Since I'm a 76 year old woman, I thought I should order the pink, lighter pressure jawzrsize, but after using for several weeks, I can see that I should have ordered the heavier weight ones. I'll keep using what I've got and see what happens. So easy -- just need to remember to use more often. Thanks.
