Is been almost a month and have not received the product, I would love to rate it bu but don’t have it yet.......

well i sent 2 emails that your pink…
well i sent 2 emails that your pink unit was causing me pain and I couldn't apply any pressure due to a upper denture. You response was check with your denture maker. The problem is not the denture but the pain from trying to apply the pressure against my gums and bone. So this product does not work for me and your response team doesn't care. So $50.00 for nothing, not very helpful customer service. Maybe a heads up in the beginning that states denture wearers may have a problem.

I never recieved my order
I never recieved my order. Ordered a month ago and shipping has stalled. Will have to report it to PayPal and now I won’t have it for my trip. Really sucks when you order an item and the robot company sends emails saying thank you for your order and assumes you recieved it with out even looking into it. Sorely disappointed.
