Aloha Sean! The Blue one that you are referring to is our Beginner device and has 20 lbs resistance. Many people find it to be a great start! But since everyone starts at a different fitness level, the Beginner device may not be enough of a challenge for everyone! No worries, we're sure that we can help you to feel that burn!
