Lost my shipment twice

Waited 6 weeks for the product. I emailed and they said it was not shipped. Waited at least another 4 weeks and emailed and got another lame excuse. Then it arrived in about 2 weeks. I like the product but am glad I paid the $1 for shipping insurance.

I ordered this and within seconds decided I didnt want the purchase, immediately emailed the company requesting a stoppage, instead, without ever checking their customer support section as emails request (this was a full 24 hours later from time of purchase) they go ahead and forward the package to my place and then get back to me on support like OH SORRY, ITS SENT, now I have to wait for it to arrive to decline the thing and have it sent back if I want my money back, or I can keep it and the extra package it more or less tricked me into purchasing with a popup 30 percent off deal showing the item I had just picked and only after clicking accept did I realize it was an additional purchase. just pure scam artist tactics.

I ordered this item prior to July 13th and it is now July 28th. Your website indicated I would recieve this item in a maximum of 8 days, it has now been 15. I have used your tracking numbers and contacted you to see what the problem is and all I get from you is "its in transit". I think its time to refund my purchase, so, do the right thing and honor your promises. The person I spoke with via email had no solution other than to wait. I have, with no results. Your prompt attention to this matter would be appreciated. PAUL

I bought it on July 12 and it still hasn't arrived. Today is July 28. I'm still waiting for it.

I started to put an order BUT it would not let me click out of ordering the powder, I waited for the time to run out for special savings thinking the link to ignore the offer would become available....it still would not let me check out unless I ordered the powder...I NEVER PLACED AN ORDER BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT THE POWDER. I EXITED YOUR SITE then came back and decided I'd give it one more try and the link to bypass the powder was workable as it had not been on my first attempt so that is the one I ordered. I NEVER clicked 'place an order' on the first one. Some sites let you "Edit" your order before finalizing, but since i had not been to your site previously I did not want to take the chance of having to go back and forth trying to clear up a potential problem. Well, even though I did not finalize my order I immediately get 2 order confirmations. The only answer to that happening is when I entered my credit card information you captured it and just ordered it without an order being placed, which appears illegal. Now, even though I immediately tried to rectify the problem I am told I will have to return the item. I always make sure when I order something I want it because I am physically disabled and cannot go to a post office and have no idea how to return a package unless you have a return label on it and the cost of return is paid by your company. I certainly should not have to pay the cost of an Uber ride during a pandemic then pay for the shipping for a package I did not order. Order # 276148 + Order # 276142
