Horrible shipping. Its almost been 2 weeks and still not received my item. When it moves on tracking it sits at the same location for days! Never ordering from the site again.

Updated review. I posted my review below and immediately was contacted by jawzersize who emailed me personally trying to help and figure out what they could do. I am very impressed with their service on trying to help their customers. Hey, I was very excited about the product after watching so many videos. Over a 10 day period I have maybe used it 5 minutes in total. I would try it for 1 minute here and there. The reason I didn't stick with a normal routine as suggested by doing sets was I found it tiring and my jaw did not seem to enjoy it. ( I have never had any jaw problems, I bought this to exercise my face more and get that blood flow to the head like they had said in the commercials. Well now Im actually going to go see a doctor because after the very small usage of the jawzersize ( I purchased the baby blue starter one) my face is hurting, my jaw is clicking when I move it and my ears are in a constant state of popping. I haven't touched it in 2 days and still the pain and clicking has continued. I barely even used the thing and when I did I never exceeded a set of more than 30 seconds. ( 2 sets of 30 which is why I said i used it for a minute here and there). Well I do I believe that it may work for some people based on some positive reviews, you must beware that it may actually hurt you like it did me. I constantly have jaw pains and it keeps clenching.
