I didn't even receive my item or a replacement. Honestly at this point I just want a refund. I haven't received the item so I can't rate it. But based on how I've been treated I'm giving Jawzrsize one star.

This service is really worst. They don't know how to deliver the product to customers. They just do time pass. I ordered 20 days before, still I don't have product. Seem to be they are fake. They wasted my time and my money. Once again i am staying their service is worst ever I have seen. I really love this product, when I see on advertisement. But they are good at advertisement, worst at service.

I haven't received my item! After 3 weeks and multiple follow-ups, I am yet to receive the item that I had ordered. The support team tells me that it is on the way but the tracking link has it in transit and asks me to contact the merchant. Completely dissatisfied with the service and customer care!
