This is the most disorganized company I have ever had the misfortune of being involved. I placed an order and almost immediately discovered it would not work for me. So since they have a 100% guarantee money back guarantee, I cancelled it. But they lied and said they had already shipped it. That was not true. The label was printed hours after they said it was mailed and they didn't actually mail it for over a week. So I filed a claim with my Credit Card Company and got a full refund from them when this company didn't bother to even respond to the Credit Card Company. Now they insist that I leave feedback. RUN as fast as you can the other way.

Found out there’s a product the exact same called jaw line for half the price of what I paid for... very disappointing I also bought the master pack that would come with everything all of the jaw exercisers and only got two ... I used all of ones were given to me did them how it was suggested to do and never seen any results.. Lastly shipping I understand this covid but took well over two months for me receive my product especially when I paid for shipping to be express for the extra money .... all in all it’s not worth the time energy waiting and money! For a product underperforms...
