There needs to be another level after the green one. I did not notice any changes in my jawline until the last level and I want to keep adding mass to it. Also don't waste your money buying both the pink and purple, they are exactly the same weight.

Customer service was good. Had a little trouble with the shipping even though I paid for the expedited shipping It arrived late via USPS. One thing Jawzrsize needs to explain better is the different levels of use per color. I bought the level 3 that is very tough for me to use. I basically wanted to tone my face in the process of losing weight. The inside of the Box once received shows the different levels and what they are designed for. Wish I would have bought the level 2.

At first it was hard to use. As time goes by it's much easier. I can see that it's working for me !

Have had jaw tightness on one side. Muscles are uneven and Jawzrsize is helping to fix the problem.

I got my jawzrsize and it worked perfectly! My face looks way different and it’s amazing. The only negative is that the purple ball would start to hurt the top of my jaw, other than that it worked just as it was described!

I skipped the blue (beginner ball) cause I've heard most get adjusted quickly. 40lbs of resistance. First day I tried it for about 20 mins. Next day I woke up sick with a sinus infection. Fast forward two days. As annoying as being sick was I could breath for once! I'm a fighter and battle with a deviated septum. I've never been able to breath this well since I started martial arts. I can feel my face getting tighter (in a good way). If you have my issues this might help you. Molding could be tweaked a bit to enhance its ability to get more facial muscles but over all decent product and would recommend if you're okay with getting sick for a day or two to get better. (Fyi I didn't mentally feel sick, just snot and sneezing for two days straight)
