Total waste of money. Took forever to get the product due to order being screwed up or lost, once reshipped it still took too long to receive for a domestic purchase. Despite claims and “studies”, this type of things is a waste of time. Despite having very healthy teeth this has caused tooth and bite issues after a short period of time. Chew gum, eat beef jerky, and you get similar results and get something out of it.
