I am not a fan of it. Everytime I tried to use it, it gave me a horrible headache and felt like it was gonna break my teeth. My teeth was very sore after using it just once for 10 minutes.

Concept is great, it's just too large of an item! I really wish they had smaller ones as I have a very small mouth and this makes me gag it's so large when I bite down. I try to use it by not using the bite marks, and it kinda works. Let me know when you make a smaller one and I would love to review it!!!

Nice idea, but made my gums bleed like crazy. Not recommended if you have sensitive gums. Their return/refund process was quick and easy though!

I was very happy with my jawsrsize, and I was noticing it was helping me...but this Morning, after 3 weeks of use it broke...I got dispointed...i was planning to order the green one...but now I am not very sure i will do it...

I would encourage you to listen to the customer and offer to immediately send out the right item rather than just tell them the one they have is the same and just use that one.

The delivery took over 3 weeks , all the support emails accomplished was to give me the shipment number over and over i have been using it since the day it got here (i think its close to a month now) and i have yet to see any difference with my face this did not work for me

I have been using my Jazzercise for a little over two weeks now. I am onto the second color or second level of resistance for the mouthpiece. I know it will be sometime yet before I see significant tightening of facial features muscles and the jaw line etc. I can legitimately say it is great exercise for my jaw and for tightening up my facial features from the job down. And I certainly noticed when exercising the tiredness that occurs in my jaw so I do take occasional breaks and then continue on with the duration or the remaining a number of exercises that need to be done. Long story short I feel that I am making good progress. That Jazzercise is doing exactly what it is designed to do. The key is staying consistent and utilizing each mouthpiece as you work through the levels.
