The company is awesome however the shirt I ordered, (Green sized medium) was actually a black shirt when it arrived. That’s the only negative experience I have had.

I first used (and outgrew) the basic level by exercising 200+ reps every few days...ya I didn’t follow the instructions. So then I went up to the medium size I believe.... this is where I am now, still doing 200-800 reps maybe twice a week. I do notice my jaw is much stronger and that my upper mandible boney area is getting a little thicker. In no time, I’ll have made this protrude a bit which who’ll undercut my lower jaw bone line. This is what I tried the product for. The only only reason it’s 4 stars is price. Not judging quality (because it’s really great and that’s prob why) but the price seems a bit high for a rubber jaw chew toy. Quality is high, but I’m not an Olympic athlete.
