I still have not received my product. First one was "lost in transit", then my emails got ignored, I requested a re-shipment of my order, but still have not received anything...

Product doesn’t come as displayed. No string or case to keep the product in a secure hygiene place. Shipping always delayed and when reached out to customer service different agents respond to your request never resolving your issue at the end.

Good product but horrible customer service. Was given a discount code for free shipping but instead of free shipping I was charged $20 for overnight. When I contacted customer service I was given a new discount code for 25% off. This code again didn't work and I feel like you guys may have done that to secure another sale. Horrible business practice, horrible customer service. So disappointed in this company
