Slow Customer Service - Not up to speed
I have had a very irritating experience with this company. When I ordered the price quoted was for two sets of ‘Total Transformation Kit’ but when the order completed payment the price was for one kit. Basically, I paid twice what I was expecting. I asked for the order to be cancelled and refunded via their email, their contact form and paypal. They still sent it anyway. My initial post cast doubt on whether Jawzrsize would contact me, this was due to other non-flattering reviews in the U.S. on a business bureau website. I am glad to say I was wrong about this and Jawzrsize have now been in contact. Unfortunately, I have to wait until the package is shipped to me, then refuse delivery so it is shipped back. At this point I have been promised a refund. I will update when this happens and the number of days it took. I find this quite irritating from an environmental perspective and also for the couriers on Zero hour contracts in the U.K. I would not recommend using this Company as they seem slow to catch up if anything goes wrong... Update: 9 days have past and I have just refused the package - Shak at Jawzrsize has said I will get a refund when they have confirmation that it is on the way back, the support via Paypal however, has said no product no refund... I feel that as they shouldn’t have sent it in the first place then the risk should lie entirely with them... I will update further when I have been refunded ($119.49USD).
