Right after I made my purchase I received an email for 20% off a total kit. Not impressed. Why not give me that BEFORE I made my purchase! Would not recommend.

Three months after ordering the product it has not yet received...and the company did not appear overly concerned. Thus this is a review as requested by the company of their service rather than their product. Non delivery makes it hard to review and creates some doubt about the company's ability to deliver a quality product, when they battle to even deliver said product. Very Hawaiian laid back attitude 😂 to customer care.

Very disappointed after purchasing the most expensive kit I discover that the ‘purple’ Jawzersize was not included. In the instruction itself it states clearly that the purple jawzrsize is the second step. Instead they sent two of the same colored (same resistance) jawzrsize. They did not respond to my concerns.

Aloha Ronald~ Mahalo for the review and for giving Jawzrsize a try! Our Total Transformation Kit contains the Beginner Pop N Go (Blue), Intermediate Pop N Go (Green), Advanced Custom Fit (Blue) and Elite Custom Fit (Dark Green). The Intermediate Purple Jawzrsize is the same resistance level as the Green Pop N Go included in your kit. We really hope that helps! I wish I had known I needed to boil this. I’m not currently “home” so no way to boil it. If only I had known, I would have waited.

Aloha Stephanie! Mahalo for the review. We appreciate you giving us a try. It must be frustrating not to be able to use your Jawzrsize right away, but we know that once you do get the chance to use it, you'll be glad you did! Remember, the Pop N Go device is ready for use, no boiling needed! If you need instructions and tips on how to use your Jawzrsize, please visit our "How It Works" and "FAQ's" pages on Jawzrsize.com. There is even a video showing you exactly how to boil the bite strips. Mahalo ~The Jawzrsize Team

it took 2 weeks just to leave the warehouse and it’s still been over 1 month and no product has arrived yet. it’s ridiculously over priced especially because it’s just a piece of rubber. they can say it’s made out of all the fancy materials they like but we all know. it’s. just. durable. rubber and shouldn’t cost no $120 🤣 my review has been taken down multiple times so i doubt you’ll even see this

Asking me to rate your business and product more than two weeks after I've ordered the product and still yet to receive the product... not a smart marketing exercise.
