I haven't yet received my order, thus I have no idea how I could rate a product I have yet received. But it is not this company's fault thus a 3/5, not to bash the product or praise it.

I was tempted to leave a public not so positive review, but decided against it, but I'm glad you all inquired. I do that feel it's starting to work, but from someone who's super hygienic, I don't know how to properly clean this. I thought about the dishwasher, I wasted tons of Listerine soaking it overnight, I even use a ton of hand sanitizer and waters solution. I wouldnt mine using these products if I could soak it in the case overnight, but the case has an opening, and leaks from every crevice, making a mess. I think I'm beginning to see results, but the lack of cleanliness that I require after using that in my mouth ( one of the most bacteria ridden areas), and just putting it back into a case is a no-go for me, personally. Any suggestions?

Your shipping method sucks, I waited almost a month to get my purchase. You use UPS than UPS hands it over to US postal service to ship it to Hawaii, that makes no sense what so ever. Just ship it USPS priority mail from the beginning and I wouldn't be giving you a crapy rating, your customer service told me I didn't pay for priority mail, I wasn't given the option to ship it priority mail, your check out system does not offer it. Bad experience from the start, I don't know if I want to order the next step of your system if I'm going to get the same service.

I’m sure your product works however I have a small mouth and can’t fit the device in my mouth us I have a permanent bridge and it would probably put too much pressure on it.

I ordered the complete set plus on checkout i added two single "starter packs" of the blue Jawzrsize. The product is good, I have seen some results over 2 months of use. Using more often will improve it over time. Product is 4 stars. With regards to the missing items (one of my discount items did not arrive with the package). I had some back and forth with the customer service team before it was sent out as they were wanting proof of missing item. It was sent out some time after the first e-mail. Service is 3 stars
