The packaging is lovely - and it arrived in a timely fashion. I bought the beginner version, and it's the perfect level. The only issue is with me. I forget to use it. I truly believe you've hit on something - I just need to stop being lazy. Best, SZ

I only use the device for 2 1/2 minutes daily and after a month I can see a difference. I've moved to the second level and will continue to slowly progress. But, this has been a great experience!
