Pretty decent device but I haven't use it as much as I should. Mine did not come with the string to wear around my neck or a case. I probably would use it more often it I had one. Kind of like out of sight out.of mine when I put it up.

(Update)Thanks to Jawzrsize team with the follow up. They resent the product, and I finally received it after 2 month. (Previous review)I ordered the package but did not receive the items after 1.5 months. No proper response from the customer support.

Beware their customer service seems sketchy!! They sent me the wrong kit, I had ordered the total transformation kit. They initially replied promptly and said they would send me the missing Intermediate Green Pop N Go. After almost 4 weeks I have not received my product. I have sent them over 6 emails since May 11, 2020 without a single response.Seems like a good product as long as you don't need to use there customer support. Update 06/02/20 They finally responded it seems after seeing this review. They did send the missing Pop N Go and have made things right.

Good product. If I had one change to make it would be the bite form. Pops out and doesn’t last. I would make the actual main piece moldeable instead so nothing falls off or wears out quickly.

So far, I'm happy. I'm not seeing a difference in my appearance but can feel the muscles getting stronger. I had emailed a question, but didn't get a response. The initial customer service was nice. I got a message saying I would be receiving an order with different colors than the advertisement had shown. I did email some questions about which colors to start with, but I guess I figured some of that out on my own through trial and error when I did not receive any response.
