The only thing I would do differently is purchase the 40lb instead of the 20lb.

The instructions said that there would be mouth guards that should be molded to our mouths, they were not in either device.

I enjoyed the product, because I haven’t seen anything like that before and it was awesome to exercise my jaw. It just feels so good. But when using the custom jawrzsize it rubbed against my gum and the pop-and-go didn’t so I don’t know where is the problem. I also have nowhere to keep these jawrzsizes, because they have to be clean as they go inside my mouth when exercising. I got one plastic container, but four jawzrsizes, so 3 one’s are without a plastic container.
