I can't seem to fit the smallest size…
I can't seem to fit the smallest size in my mouth so I have been unable to use the product so far. I did try to reach the company (no phone number listed) because the directions say to boil the product but they are very vague. I received a reply stating that I don't need to boil the product but I can't get it into my mouth at all, so I'm wondering if that advice is accurate. Would be great to speak to someone live so I could actually use the product if possible.

Hello Debra! Yes, it is recommended that you boil the product for 6-8 seconds without allowing the product to touch the bottom of the pan. After you do that, pull the product out & let it cool for a few seconds & then try to put it in your mouth. When you do this you are allowing the product to mold to your bite. Hopefully this helps!
