I bought the blue one because my face was getting chubby. what using this made me learn is that I was just eating to much. this stopped my urge to eat and as a result I have thinned out and lost 20+ pounds. I also have a stronger bite and more feeling in my face. if that makes any sense? great product. absolutely love it and will continue to use it.
