I was surprised to learn that you have to microwave it before using it. Not as easy to use as I thought.

If you are using the one which comes with white stripe, you need to boil it once and bite it to give it a shape of your teeth, here is the tutorial link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SNDkuB8hRho

I'd like to inform that currently your order #254335 is under In Transit status which means now, it will be delivered to you by post office in 5-7 business days. I am sure, you'll receive it soon. In case not, let me know and I'll do what is necessary for you.

This one is firmer and no need to boil. Wish I'd known that before I bought the first one, the blue one , but that's okay because I'll use them both. One in the morning and the other at night. I've seen a difference in my facial structure. Now I can truly say I've done a "Total Body Workout."

The Jawzrsize was delivered in a timely manner. The cord that holds it does not have an easy secure fastener. Instructions on how to exercise were not included, like how many times to use it and for how long. But I will figure it out.
