Pretty good at strengthening you’re jaw I noticed a difference when getting hit in in the jawbone for boxing. Only thing I would upgrade is the silicone string that goes around you’re neck. It falls off easy. Otherwise great product

Honestly I was skeptical about this product. I heard of it on the Joe Rogan Experience Podcast. I carry a lot of tension in my jaw when I’m extremely stressed out. I even had my jaw lock up but now with using the purple and green Jawzrsize my tension levels in my jaw are low and got a nice strong jaw for Muay Thai. Love the product and even have people at work asking me about it. 5/5 for sure

10/10 satisfaction! My jaw line has improved but even more so my neck!! I'm using the bulk level(green) for 10-15 times a day. Each time I bite down 20 times quickly then immediatley perform 10 slow concentrated bites. I started noticing improvements at 8 days in!
