They responded quite quickly to the request for credit due to the great wait for the product, the shipping process has to improve, it takes shipping as well as if it had been ordered to China.

I had an issue with my purchase, I bought it just before the pandemic of Covid19 and then my package was lost somewhere in the way to me. After three months of having placed my purchase order, I sent an email to Jawzrsize asking for info and it was promptly answered and I was offered to refund or having the package resent, I was very happy with the speed of the service and its effectiveness, now I'm waiting for my new package to be delivered. I didn't give 5-stars because I was not contacted about it, instead I had to actively ask for the status and I believe this information would be available to the company.
