After my order - maybe due to covid lockdown - shipment got lost. So I wrote the team and then they resent the product very fast and everything was fine.

Well first off customer service is on top of things. They reach out immediately and even sent me add ons. I've only been using my Jawzasize for a few weeks and I can see how it can definitely sculpt the jawline but it says 30 minutes a day. Well its been 2 weeks and I cant get passed 5 minutes a day you will absolutelyfeel those few minutes!!. So I'm not sure if or how long it will take to see results for me but I will continue. I try 2 to 5 minutes 2 to 3 times a day. If your thinking of trying it out, I would definitely give it a go.

There was some confusion in the begining as to what the order should have been. The team was open for communication and got it resolved. Its a great product. I use it alot and notice fhe difference in my jawline. I'm thinking of soon putting an order in for the next resistance one.

I received the jawzrsize and started using it. I am 69 yrs old. I can’t really see any results yet but it does feel good. I am not following a strict program and have skipped a day here and there. I think you should ask me again in 3 or 4 weeks. I would prob have a definite answer about how it works for me. Thank you

Update 8/14/20 They sent me the new one. So quick, nice and professional. So sad. The white plastic melted when I put it in boiled water. So confused, what I done wrong !
