It works but was really grinding into the roof of my mouth. I had to cut some of the rubber off at a slant behind the teeth mold. It helped it tremendous. If you could make with a slant behind top teeth mold would be a lot better. I don’t see how people can use with painful rubbing

Have been using it for 3 weeks, I got the level 4 (strongest) and was expecting it to be harder, I can get 100 slow reps in 1 set - the recommended rep count being 15. Also, the price is pretty high for a piece of rubber. Hopefully will see and feel results soon, but that will probably take a couple months I guess. I got it on a discount so it was worth the try.

This really does strengthen your jaw, but it has not improved my jaw line. I've used this for about a month now and no results, I guess it just depends on the person.

I ordered level 1 the blue resistance and I started doing about 100 reps a day and over time it has made my face a little bigger but I can see more of a jawline. My only concern with the product is why does it make the face a bit wider? Is that suppose to happen?
