Your customer service department refused to considered my challenging situation. I am a military person stationed overseas that only USPS can delivered. When I inquired about only shipping USPS, your customer service personnel did not understand any part of my my constraint. One agent told me that I only have one option. Your company’s standard shipment. So I asked to cancel the order but totally got ignored and shipped UPS as second shipment. The first order got lost in the UPS system. I felt like I was on the list of whiner and got totally ignored. Of course, I always got the replies to my inquiries in most polite way by saying “too bad”.

The items came without instructions. The colors didn’t match what the box said was included. It was difficult to tell which order since the colors were different. Tried it for a month and didn’t see any results. Total waste of time and money

I have already written a review. I stated that I was unable to continue to use the product as my jaw locked up and has been jammed and painful ever since. Someone responded and told me I would be refunded, but this has not happened.

I keep biting through the product. I’m not sure if I’m biting to hard or I have a super strong jaw? But it was replaced recently and the new one doesn’t work either. Can I just have this replaced with the elite version with the highest resistance ? I guess I have a super strong jaw and the other ones weren’t working for me. Thanks !

after a few session the bite position grip lost shape and also goes off after a number of bites which makes it painful to the gum to bite on. The grip should be inbuilt as part of the mold.
