It arrived on time and I was very pleased with the customer service. I ordered the smallest size and I think that has been working well enough for me (female). Mine came without the mouth guard so I could just wash it and pop it in. I've not been using it consistently for a month however I've noticed a difference in my jaw asymmetry. My left jaw has always been higher than my right jaw, partly because I chew only on my right side, maybe it's a placebo effect but I find that the difference isn't as apparent anymore. For the most part it hasn't affected any other part of my life except for when I try to eat a burger or baguette and feel a little tightness around my jaw that I never used to feel before. I got this more for my asymmetry than for a defined jaw line so I've not been paying much attention to if my jawline has become more defined or not.

The jawzrsize is a cool product which helps me a lot(I had the face and neck muscles parlyzed) The hard part was to receive the product. I had to wait aprox 3 months (in the first shipping the product was lost but I received another one with no extra charge.

The products worked as promised. My jaw muscles are improved however I cannot credit Jawzrsize for eliminating any double chin as I had been doing neck exercises before receiving the devices. The product itself would get 3 stars, but the customer service was excellent (I averaged the product rating with that of the customer service and felt that 4 was fair). I was offered a nutritional supplement but have not purchased at this time.
