In my opinion the product has not worked out too well for me. It does give a pump to the muscles in the jawline area but it has built no muscle definition for me.

I am pleased it gives your a good pump but no muscle is going to built in that time frame. We are Good but not that good :) Remember Jawzrsize is meant to be used in conjunction with each other adding another level in every other day after the 1st 21 to 30 days. I bought this a few months ago but haven't started using it yet until today. The main reason was having to fit the custom piece (I was being a little lazy - it turned out to be a super quick and easy process). For right now I'm only giving 3 stars because I unfortunately had an absolutely horrendous experience with their customer service. Additionally, since I literally did my first sets tonight, I can't give any feedback on results yet. I will write another updated review after I've been using it for a while.

It works very well but the plastic molds that they give you aren’t the best. They are very hard and hurt my teeth while using it and it got to the point where I use it without them.

Aloha Riley, I plastic molds are just like sports mouth guard molds and teeth grinding moldsas in they needs to be a deep good fit. We have videos to help (video is attached to your confirmation email after ordering ) or I can facetime with you to help get the perfect mold. Necklace broke within 1 minute of using it. Also bought the pop n go and do not recommend as it hurts my mouth extremely bad.

I have purchased the three diffrent jawzrsize. The first one several months ago and recently the 30 and the 40. The 40 arrived quickly but not so the 30. I have reached out through Amazon to track the shipment but as of today still have not had a response from the manufacturer.
