We would recommend that you speak to your dentist regarding this to make sure that everything is okay. Hello Thomas! Thank you for reaching out to us! If you ordered the Master Pack there are 3 levels! Level 1 is 20 lbs of resistance, level 2 is 25 lbs of resistance, & level 3 is 40 lbs of resistance.
