I order the item back in November 2021 and still awaiting delivery. Initially, it was showing item delivered but never received. I reached out Jawzrsize and was told it was lost in transit 3 weeks ago. On 15 Dec 2021, I received a confirmation that a new item has been sent but still not received. Apparently, Jawzrsize are not taking any phone calls or updating properly. If an item was lost in the post, I expect Jawzrsize to reach out to me to confirm that item is lost in transit and we'll send a new item but not the other way round. Their customer service is extremely poor as well.

Iwant to be honest with the company and anybody else I spent a lot of money on this company I vested a lot of money so far from what I can think of they replace my items thank you I’appreciate that the reality they only care about money in themselves I don’t tell me how many times he had to replace it it doesn’t matter how many times you had a replacement those were stolen off my porch They replacement and I’m still under the warranty but no he gives me a little attitude like he’s like he’s all that like he’s the boss come on dude to do the job right now seems like the customers never right with them I just know that I could take my business somewhere else and start my own company with this dumb ass product for real so far worst customer service today he hangs up on me try to call me back pretends like he didn’t hang up I just ignore his calls and I remember his name because I don’t remember peoples names of disgust me the most like that

I received the product and in less than a month it broke, it did not last 3 weeks, I tried to contact the seller and did not receive any response. total loss of money

If you have had any dental reconstruction work - DO NOT use this product!!! I have pulled ligaments in my jaw that have left me in terrible pain. Saw my specialist this morning, and he was horrified with this product!!! I tried this product in May and am still suffering jaw pain at the end of June!!!

The worst customer service ever i had y To place a second order for transmission kit because My first order was damaged to me I made a warranty claim they approved it but never was sent to me. So I place another order oh transmission kits I never received My product I want to talk to a supervisor or a manager He says I’m not able to transfer it to nobody that really got me mad because he kept telling me it was delivered with delivery was delivered And explain some of it was delivered to me and received by me I will never been called in at this moment about claiming that my package is missing so long story short they never issued me a replacement worst company ever worst customer Service I reported it to the Better Business bureau Cancel my order for replacement or refund my money but not a full total amount was $127 I was only given 100$ I recommended pressure from somebody else and that’s from them the worst company ever

My experience with Jawzrsize to this point has been nothing but a run around of lies and miss direction. I placed an order of two units they never arrived I have been lied to and ignored for almost 6 months. I would beware of doing any business with a company like this make it a priority to inform others so this type of thing does not happen to more people, Its not the money but principle of evil people that take and take.

I ordered jawzrsize on the 10th April , still not arrived. I live in Australia. Can you give me an idea how long this takes to ship here . Thanks

Do NOT use this if you have any dental work. It broke my front bridge. I should have known better
