Product will give your jaw a workout but comes with nuances. After I expresses my concerns, company quickly made good on their satisfaction guarantee. Them taking customer service seriously is a good sign, and hopefully will lead to product improvement.

It has been 20 days now and still haven't receive my Transformation Kit (after series of follow ups and contacting DHLE), the service provider is not doing the best to deliver the package. At this age in time, E-Commerce delivery from US, EU, CN and JP takes only 4-5 working days to deliver a package. It's unlucky time for me. But kudos to JAWZRSIZE team for keeping track and sending updates to ensure I worry less and feel not left alone on this, you deserve a 4 star rating. Keep it up!

Have only had the Pop and Go Jawzrsize for a few days but seems to be doing what it says. Skin around neckline beginning to improve and become more taut. Easy to clean which is useful as does stimulate some saliva initially. Sturdy as well. Pleased with it.

Firstly, I would like to stress that the stars given is based on my OVERALL experience of using Jawzsize. In fact I have made a re-order. To be fair, the product is amazing. I did see my jawlines becoming more defined. It was easy to use. The most annoying thing, however, using Jawzrsize is that I could not use mine properly about a month receiving it. The reason is the rubber material had a deep split; there was a tear and when I bit on it, it couldnt fit the bite anymore. It was kinda -.-. It was only a month into using this! That was a bumper. I ordered another kit as I did feel that this is useful. If I experience similar problems again, I am sure I wouldnt order again. Conclusion Is this product good? YES! Is this product durable? Nope, for my case Is this product worthy to recommend to your family and friends? Yes Review updated as of 7 Sep 2020 I decided to improve the rating from 3 to 4 stars as of the date stated above. Reason for this update: Jawzrsize saw my review and took the initiative to extend their customer service/support. I appreciate the timely customer service. I was offered a replacement, out of goodwill. To be honest, I am surprised. They did not have to do that as I have already made a re-order. I would like to share that if Jawzrsize continues such good service, it will increase consumers' confidence.
