I received my order in a timely manner but everything I ordered was not shipped. I reached out to find out what caused this and how to remedy the situation. The Jawrsize team responded quickly to my email and are looking into the matter. I'm looking forward to getting a response and having this error corrected so I can use the products.

When I first bought it I definitely felt a difference and resistance when I would bite down but it’s been about 3weeks and I still see no progress. On top of that I’m working out regularly. Is there any way I could get quicker results without needing to buy another one with higher resistance
