Hate the product. Total waste of my money. Did nothing but cause pain in my jaw. I was good with not giving a bad review, but I get non stop emails from this company. I have opted out of getting ALL emails several times but keep getting them. My biggest regret was that I threw the piece of junk away and didn't return it for a refund. Just stop hassling me with non stop emails.

Product seal was broken when I received it in the mail. Very disturbing for a product you put in your mouth. After multiple times trying to contact the company I finally got an email where they told me it must have gotten damaged in shipping. I don’t believe this because how can a round sticker seal be cut while inside a package? I felt like they were lying to me and making an excuse for them sending me a USED product. It took almost another month of back and forth until I finally got a refund. At first they wanted me to just send them a picture of the product cut in half to get a refund but I didn’t want to do that because I actually wanted to try the product...which I never was able to do because they wouldn’t admit they sent me a used product, lied to me about it and also never offered to send a replacement. I had to message them multiple times after I mailed the product back before I was finally issued a refund. I would not have been bothered to write this review but they have sent me about half a dozen emails asking for a review. At this point I feel harassed by them and that I would just tell my story so other people don’t have to experience the lies and terrible customer service like I did. I would not trust this company or believe their product to be safe. ** too bad y’all’s reply is also a lie because you sent me a return label and I sent them back to you. Probably sent them along to some other poor unsuspecting soul. I also have photographs of the broken seal, used product, return slip and all our correspondence to prove I’m telling the truth and you guys are a bunch of hacks.

It's a joke don't buy it

So super disappointed in this product. I bought it after reading so many great reviews online and I was looking for a nice way to enhance my jawline. The first time I used it, no problem. I "chewed" on it for about 6 minutes. My second time using it, I chewed for about 10. My third time using it (within a 2 week span), my back molar has chipped! Not only did it chip a regular tooth, my dental insurance won't cover costs nor copay leaving me with a $1300 bill. So, I paid about $1,350 for this product. I'm a 24 year old woman with pretty healthy teeth: I brush, floss and rinse daily. This product should have never done this to my mouth and I am just in awe that I wasted as much money as I did. No, I don't recommend.

Update: Contacted by jawzrsize and they offered a replacemnt..Looking forward to trying it again, hopefully it was just the one. My wife has a set but will not try them until I’m satisfied with my purchase. Will keep you updated. Very disappointed...my bottom teeth wore through the device within the first three weeks. BTW this is the third time I was sent a review. It would appear they don’t read them.

I haven't received the product yet

First set ripped after 2 days. I mentioned it on Trust pilot, and received a response saying I would be contacted for resolution. I never heard anything after that.

worthless gagged terribly when tried to use it. I am a a medical physician and was terribly disappointed , I threw it out after several times trying it. Extremely disappointed
