I love the product but have two suggestions. One is to label the Jawzrsizer so I know immediately which side goes in my upper teeth and lower teeth. The other is to offer a program of recommended sets and reps.

If I have any criticism, it's that the instructions are lacking. A single thin sheet of paper with no photos and no explanation of the different products I received in the box. This could be improved. And when I went looking for videos which might explain how to use the product, the videos talk about a purple piece, yet there's no purple item in my box. As for the product itself, it's great! In just a matter of days my face is more toned. And not only does my face look better, it feels better! I can feel that the muscles are getting a workout, and this feeling stays with me throughout the day. It's an easy, fun workout which can be tailored to the individual. I'm already working up to the level three piece, doing shorter sets than with the pieces of lighter resistance. So, information lacking, but great product which I'd recommend for anyone desiring a thinner, more attractive-looking and fitter face.

I am impressed with the jawrsize. I have suffered from a dislocated jaw so it is important for me to have good muscles to avoid a further dislocation. I have been using the beginners jawrsize for a couple of weeks and can really feel the benefit. I found the thank you voucher offer very confusing and avoided it - it may have been OK but there are so many scams around that I was put off and thought twice about ordering the intermediate jawrsize but I have taken the plunge as the product is so good.

Hi! I was hoping to give it 5 stars, I believe this product is outstanding, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the bite strips melted while I was cleaning with hot water before used. Customer service responded fast. Im in the process of waiting to see if I can get new bite strips

I'm still a beginner at this, still experimenting using it. Will find out more soon, hopefully.
