I use my jawzrsize 1 day on and allow 1 day off for rebuild, I'm very active and needed something to workout my neck and jaw. My face has changed allot, it has widened and my jaw line is very pronounced. I've been using jawzrsize for 1 year or more. Durable for the average person. However I would like it if they had a stronger than green. And make it more durable to chewing. But then again I have an abnormally strong jaw. I also suffer form anxiety and lock jaw, I grind my teeth, with jawzrsize all these have diminished allot. I own 2 greens and 1 purple, one of my greens is almost completely destroyed However j
