Justin,..maybe give the Pop N Go a try. The Boil and bite version should help align your bite. We all chew on one dominant side throwing our jaw out of alignment. Reach out to us for more tips. CEO Brandon Harris

Aloha Michael, I see your ordered the End of Summer Special Jawzrsize Master Pack. It is a great system for stepping up your game every 30 days by adding in another level. The molding of the bite strips can be more favorable by using a mirror and trying the fitting before boiling . I would be happy to facetime with your and we can mold together . It is important to boil to 28 to 30 secs on a good boil then shake off excess hot water then put in bottom teeth and reach over for top teeth. Bite down firmly for 15 secs and hold the corners of the bite strips down to mold them round like the unit. This ensures they won't pop out because the corners are exposed. Remove and rinse under cold water to set molds. It is similar to sports mouth guards in that respect. As with any new exersize start slow and build up. Take rest days as needed .
