Pop n Go 20lbs. Give it 3 sets of 15 reps and you'll feel the burn. It's a weird feeling in the jaw. I'll let you be the judge of whether this exercise is actually good for you or not. The product arrived quickly and worked as expected though.

A few months ago, I ordered the Total Transformation Kit and received a package that was missing some of the components. I requested the missing items but not all of them were in the second package either. At this point I had given up on trying to have the complete kit, but to my surprise another kit was sent. This was a complete package which arrived in a timely manner.

Very impressed. Suffered loss in facial muscle strength after a virus (Ramsey Hunt Syndrome) several years ago. I have seen/felt a noticeable increase in my facial/jaw muscles and tone in the right (affected) side of my face. Thanks!
